Q: What is this exactly?

A: We can create our custom home dioramas from photographs.  This can be a photograph of your house's front facade.

Q:  How much does this cost?

A  We quote each project individually due to the custom nature of our offering.  Our prices start at $385 which would be for a diorama which measures 8" x 10" x 2 3/16".

Q:  What are these made out of?

A: We use a furniture grade birch plywood

Q: How long does this take from time of order?

A: We can typically ship an order within two weeks time once we receive a payment.

Q:  What if I am unhappy with it?

A:  We offer a money back guarantee for 30 days, just ship the product back to us and we will refund 100% of your purchase.

Q: How does it arrive?

A:  We build custom boxes out of the same wood material.  We also inscribe the household name on the top.

Q: I am a real estate agent, can I give these to my clients?

A:  Yes, we think these are terrific gifts to clients upon purchase of a new home.  What could be more unique and memorable?

Q: How big are these:

A:  We create these at 1/8" scale, meaning 1/8" = 1'-0".  Therefore the size of the model depends on how large of a house we are representing.
